Partnerships are expanding


A delegation from the State Academy of Fine Arts of Turkmenistan visited the National Institute of Fine Arts and Design named after Kamoliddin Behzod on June 21, 2019. The current meeting with the Art Academy was aimed at establishing friendly relations within the Uzbek-Turkmen fine arts, familiarizing with the directions of fine art, and conducting negotiations within the framework of this sphere.

The delegation consists of: Nuryagdi Gochbaevich Yakhshimuradov, the Vice-Rector of the Academy of Fine Arts of Turkmenistan, Gahriman Orazmuradovich Gochmuradov, a teacher of the Academy of Fine Arts of Turkmenistan and 10 students of the 4th and 5th grades.

During the meeting, the guests were shown a video about the Institute’s activities for the guests of Turkmenistan. B.Hadjimetov, Deputy-rector on academic and educational affair of the Kamoliddin Behzod National Institute of Fine Arts and Design, gave detailed information about the educational process, educational directions, the potential of the professors, the workshops, and the opportunities created for quality educational process.

Deputy rector of Science and research of State Academy of Fine Arts of Turkmenistan N. Yakhshimuradov suggested that both sides should look into the traditional ways of their creativity, improve their skills, and exchange experiences. On the other hand, the creative activity of the higher education institution was studied and, according to the conclusions, it was envisaged to exchange experience on a contractual basis with a view to enhancing the qualification of professors and teachers.
At the end of the conversation, guests were invited to the auditorium of the institute, workshops, exhibitions.
