Today, at the National Institute of Fine Arts and Design named after Kamoliddin Behzod, an event was held in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Defense, the National Guard, the Youth Affairs Agency, and the Central Council of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan to implement the Joint Order No. 55-Q/Q dated December 26, 2024, on the “Establishment of the Higher Education Five Initiative and Improvement of the Activities of the ‘Qalqon’ Public Groups in Higher Education Institutions.” During the event, special uniforms were distributed to members of the institute’s “Qalqon” public groups. These uniforms aim to strengthen the organizational capacity and enhance the effectiveness of their activities, as well as increase their involvement in community efforts.

It is worth noting that the “Qalqon” public groups were established based on the instructions given during the video conference chaired by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, on April 11, 2023. These groups aim to educate students in the spirit of patriotism, assist in maintaining public order, prevent offenses, combat crime, and stabilize the social and moral environment.

The presentation of special uniforms to the “Qalqon” public groups during the event at the institute will help solidify their structure and enhance their effectiveness. In turn, this will strengthen students’ patriotic spirit, increase their participation in maintaining public order, and contribute to overall safety.
