Our PhD researcher is undertaking a research internship at Peking University within the framework of the grant project "Training PhD Students in China-Foreign Cooperation." During the research process, special attention was paid to studying the modern operations of Chinese museums, the preservation of cultural heritage, the introduction of innovative technologies into museum practice, and the study of international experience.
During the scientific trip, the activities of major cultural institutions such as the National Museum of China, the Capital Museum in Beijing, the Beijing Art Museum, the Shanghai Museum, and the China National Silk Museum were studied, and practical materials were gathered for the scientific research. Furthermore, an opportunity was created to participate in scientific events organized at Peking University and to exchange experience with foreign researchers.
This internship is of great importance in enriching scientific research in the fields of museology and cultural heritage preservation with new practical materials, studying advanced international experience, and developing scientific and cultural cooperation between Uzbekistan and China.
