Today, the solo exhibition "In Search of Myself," dedicated to the 80th anniversary and 35th year of pedagogical activity of the institute's professor, People's Artist of Uzbekistan, skilled educator, and creator of a unique creative school, Rustam Adambayevich Khudayberganov, was solemnly organized in our institute's gallery.
The exhibition was officially opened by the Rector of our institute, Omonulla Salikhov. The event was also attended by the Chief Scientific Secretary of the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan Feruza Abidjanova, professor of our institute and academician Alisher Alikulov, People's Artist of Uzbekistan Sobir Rakhmetov, Uzbek holiday study scholar, culturologist and professor Usmon Koraboyev, as well as the artist's students, colleagues, and close friends, who warmly congratulated the master on his anniversary. The speakers shared warm remarks about Rustam Khudayberganov's significant role in national fine arts, as well as his creative and teaching career.
The "In Search of Myself" exhibition showcased not only the artist's creative path, but also his attitude towards art and his individual artistic vision formed over the years. In particular, the artist's deep focus on the human psyche and inner world was clearly reflected through various portrayed characters.
