On April 25 of the current year at 15.00 in the Tashkent House of Photography was a presentation of the traditional national and modern costumes created by the students of the Department of Fashion Design of the National Institute of Fine Arts and Design named after Kamoliddin Behzod. The purpose of the fashion show is to showcase the design of young designers on the defile and to introduce this collection to the general public through a collection of styles of contemporary styles designed on the basis of curriculum designs developed by the curriculum of the institute this year.
The exhibition was opened by the rector of the institute Nodirbek Sayfullaev. He congratulated all participants of the “Festival of Fine Arts and Applied Arts” on this remarkable day.
The word for congratulation was given to Akmal Nuriddinov, chairman of the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan. He emphasized the importance of design art today, the new approach to the design of the fashion design, the introduction of non-traditional styles, and the creation of unique models of each designer’s creativity and the growing number of real talents.
After that, teachers of the Department of Liberal Design of the Institute also expressed their positive opinion. The number of clothing collections presented at the exhibition was 60-70. This exhibition differs in diversity in the theme and number of the festival year by year.
